When you hire a cleaning company, you should know what to expect. Below are the questions that you can ask to ensure that your maid service or professional house cleaners can be trusted in your home, and that the house cleaning company has insurance on their employees and can cover damaged or stolen merchandise.

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes we are. We are insured for theft, workers comp, damage to homes or any other incident that may occur.

How can I trust strangers coming into my home?
All of our employees undergo a rigorous nationwide background check as well as a thorough training program. In addition, we always send our teams out in groups of two or three employees with a team leader who has additional training and experience.

Do you have references?
We have hundreds of references. In fact, when asked for references, we will try to find a reference from in or near your neighborhood. You can also see all of the testimonials on this website that have all been posted with permission from our clients.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1996.

What if I am unhappy with the quality of work performed in my home?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we will send a team over to make it right immediately.

What cleaning products do you use?
We have a wide variety of cleaning products depending upon the surface areas to be cleaned in the home. We work with the customer to determine the best products for their home.

Do you utilize organic products?
We can use organic products. This is at the discretion of the home owner. If you wish to utilize all organics, you could expect the supplies themselves to cost about 25% more and the cleaning fee to be an additional 10% to 15% depending on the home. This is because organic products typically take a little more time and effort to complete the cleaning to our high standards.

Can I have only a part of my home cleaned?
Yes you can. We will adjust the pricing accordingly.

Am I required to be at the home when it is cleaned?
No. We have clients that prefer to be home and some that prefer to be away. It is up to you. If you choose to be away, we will make arrangements with you to determine how we can enter the home.

Will the same cleaning team always show up at my home?
Most of the time, they will be the same. We are particularly focused on insuring you have the same team leader for each appointment. Obviously, this is not a 100% certainty as schedules for our employees, unexpected schedule changes and simple growth will often require us to make occasional changes in the schedule.

When do I need to pay for the services?
Payment is typically due at the time of service. We accept credit cards, checks and cash. Other arrangements can be made for recurring customers if needed.

What if I must cancel or reschedule my cleaning date?
We can accommodate changes if given advance notice. If cancellations or changes occur within 24 hours of your scheduled clean, then we will charge a $35 cancellation fee. This is because we guarantee our employees pay for the scheduled clean. The fee is only a portion of the cost of paying our employees for that time.

Are tips required?
Tips are not required but are appreciated by the cleaners. It is much more common, but not required, to provide Christmas tips. Typical Christmas tips are about the same price of one cleaning of your home. All of our employees turn in tips, but we distribute them back to the employees based upon how long they have been working and other factors. The company does not keep any tips of any kind in the business. They are all distributed to the employees.

Can I receive a discount for multiple cleanings?
Absolutely, most of our customers have cleaning scheduled once every week, two weeks, or four weeks depending on their needs. Obviously, if we are cleaning more often, it takes us less time for each cleaning and we pass the savings on to the clients. You can typically expect about 25% to 30% off for a weekly cleaning versus only being cleaned once a month.
